I still have the light armor bug where it doesn’t register in yourr progress even if you equip it.

the bug will not be fixed this is a small ■■■ kick by funcom, because we always insult funcom in this forum. 
no, just a joke, they’re just too bad. 
My guess is your character is bugged. I actually was able to complete that part of the journey log yesterday on a single player character. Hopefully the patch the problem soon. This may not work but maybe take off all your gear and jump off a cliff/kill yourself. Perhaps a respawn will fix it? I doubt it but when all else fails…
