Liu Fei and Freya quest stuck, controls do not respond

Bug Description:

Hello, both Liu Fei and Freya’s quests are frozen. Freya is eternally stuck in the volcano, and the only option is “GOODBYE”. As for Liu Fei, there is an option to continue, but the button is unresponsive; nothing happens when pressed.

Login, go to lui few or freya

Have you tried waiting (real time a few hours) and checking their spawn locations?
