Freya and LuiFei quests both stuck on Official PVE-C 1516

Basic Info:

Bug Description:

I’m having the same problem - I ave started both the Freya and Lui Fei quests and almost done with both but now can finish neither - She is stuck in “Returning Home” Status, and he tells me to start the ritual, but when I put the lotus in everything is still grayed out. Cannot complete quests of either one.

Bug Reproduction:

Just played as normal. Did start both quests at roughly the same time however

Also, I should add that LuiFei no longer gives me the BoneMeal, so I don’t have that option at all
