Bug Description:
I cannot initiate the quest for Liu Fei. If the NPC Liu Fei is spoken by my character the dialogue cannot continue.
Bug Reproduction:
I haven’t tried speaking to the NPC before or starting this quest on other servers or in single player. In fact, it’s the first time ever for me - it definitely doesn’t work on the official server I mentioned.

In between, I did a little research on the topic and what conflicts can be that lead to this bug. Here is some more information about my case:
I didn’t start Freya’s quest before and just ignored it too. That means: No, Freya’s quest wasn’t running alongside.
I have ridden or walked past Liu Fei several times in the past (all only on server #1940) and spoke to him once at the beginning, but then immediately ended the dialogue with the dialogue option “Goodbye”. But that was several months ago now. Yesterday I finally wanted to start the quest for him - which unfortunately doesn’t work now.
I’m in a clan with nine other players on the server. I don’t know if someone else in the clan may have already started the quest about Liu Fei and not finished it. It would be possible that a clan member started the Liu Fei quest and did not complete it: However, Lui Fei does not appear for my character anywhere in a clan base or outpost that our clan have built.
