Lui Fei 's quest step 1 is bugged

Issue:
I tried today to start Lui Fei 's quest on official but I am unable to proceed with his first quest step.

Update - 30/11/2024
I tried to start the quest after the server refresh as first attempt, and as a second attempt I temporarily left my clan and did a log out and log in following up with a close app before talking to lui fei. As result on both attempts, the bug persists.

@Community is this something that @Kazalakis can address to Zendesk. It is happening on official server and i was present in this misfortune. We are friends on psn so i witness the issue on “share screen”.
So what do you suggest?

  1. report on Zendesk?
  2. wait for the patch?

Had this problem too. I had forgotten what he wanted me to do, and he was of no help when I went back to him to remind me. Eventually, I must have had what he wanted when I visited him as he gave me a new assignment. Interestingly enough, the next few tasks, he will give you a recap of what he wants.

As you can see my friend in the video, the npc does not progress his dialog to tell me what he needs for step 1.

Also I had on me these blood vials we all need for step 1.
