Bug Description:
Liu Fei dialogue at his intro site in Xel-Ha is broken. It doesnt react to pressing of continue button. I have done the Liu Fei questline and unlocked him earlier on this server, before the patch, but I was raided and lost him.
Additionally I cannot interact with the cauldron, so it is impossible for me to start the quest chain or recruit him again.

Bug Reproduction:
Go to the yothga plant in Xel-Ha and talk with Liu Fei. Press the button to continue the dialogue.
