Loading under mesh or on other floors

Basic Info:

Server Name: Doesn’t matter, happens on all for me

Bug Description:

Stuck in mesh upon logging in, sometimes for a long time

Bug Reproduction:

When logging in to server after the game being fully shut down and loading you appear under the mesh or in the case of multi-storied buildings, on floors below. Most of the time it rights itself after about 10 seconds or once you move but on occasion it happens where you will remain in the mesh or lower floor for a minute or more. If it does happen that it doesn’t fully load, you can move around but cannot interact with anything including doors, elevators, thralls, animals, chests, etc.,…

True, it happens on PlayStation too.
The workaround is to look up, but it’s a workaround not the solution.

I believe it started with age of sorcery on Playstation.

While I want to work with you and do what is necessary, a photo or video is not required.

I know you’re doing what you’re supposed to by adding this copy and paste verbiage.

Please see other bug reports for the same issue. It isn’t isolated.
