My doc crashed in a yalm zoning into WW, now at character screen I see my toons as I click on their names except doc, im seeing underside of yalm , plus I crash logging in on doc, but not the other characters.2nd prob, my toon on other acc cant see zoning stats in ely garden { have warped out and back and relogged
Hi inate, I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble accessing a specific character on your account. This can sometimes happen if you crash or suddenly disconnect while loading into a new area. If you submit an in-game petition from one of your unaffected characters, a GM should be able to help. 
Thank you for your response but ingame petition isn’t helping , they say they can log the affected toons in, it has spread to more toons that crashed, now cant log them in
If our standard fix for this type of issue hasn’t helped, and the GM handling your case says the characters appear accessible normally on our end, you may need to submit an email support ticket through funcom.com/help for further assistance from a specialist.
