Hope @fowlskins doesāt mind me posting this as he hasnāt replied yet.
Thereās more than one possible solution for most of the snippets we were asked for hunt for, but as hinted in the original post, all of them can be found within the faction hubs, Agartha and Venice. All non-combat playfields accessible by a character as low as level 3.
Clones of the same car with the same plates can be found all over the place, for example.
