[system crash- lost all inventory]

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:
1.in game
2.system crashed failure notice sent
3. when to body on map, no marker no body
4. got new armor went to check for body again
5. got killed, came back for body new inventory gone,

If you get a chance, I would recommend making an edit and removing the extra options from the first few lines of your post. It makes is harder to read.

Hi @TearUface1, did you happen to check your event log for a possible cause of death?

How long did you take to reach our body on both occasions?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide any refunds of materials or equipment lost, as there is no MMO-like admin support for the game in official servers.
