Lost inventory due to server restart

I was given a 10 minute warning for server restart yesterday, I locked myself in my base and logged out. I logged back in today, all my inventory was gone. I checked the event log, when the server was restarted, it left all of my inventory in a loot bag for some reason, then decayed. Can I please get my stuff back?

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Logout
  2. Server Restart
  3. Login
  4. All gear gone

I am sorry to hear that you lost your stuff. Funcom don’t offer any refunds in such situations which is why it is always recommended, when you can, to log out naked with your stuff safely stored in a chest.
