Lost all emotes and it remains bugged for a lot of people

Bug Description:

A lot of people including myself are missing emotes. Mostly players with old characters that were created pre-upgrade. We can still learn emotes over and over again but the servers keep forgetting them. Also the whole Emote option in the selection wheel is missing 99% of the time.

Bug Reproduction:

The game/server just keeps forgetting emotes.

If you travel between maps you loose all obelisks and emotes, quite annoying.

For me it was because I had a weapon/tool equipped. After stowing pressing R gave me a full emote wheel again.

This should have been fixed for people in the latest hotfix (yesterday). Hopefully no one is still having a problem with it (it certainly seems to be fixed for me).
