Lost all permanently unlocked recipes

Bug Description:

Server: #6423
Character name: phaze

The character was created in #1010 (Exiled Lands) and transfered before the 2.8 patch to my current server #6423 (Siptah)
There was no issue until the patch.

After the patch 2.8 I used a yellow lotus potion, and immediatelly lost all special recipes (disappeared from the feats list) including Silent Legion Armor, Grandmaster Weaponsmith, all Specialist Cooking recipes, all the Archivist recipes and a lot more that I collected on Exiled Lands.

I played hundreds of hours to upgrade this character, please restore them.

And again same problem.Long time known bug.DONT USE YELLOW LOTUS POTION.Why you use them?Cant craft better one?

I thought that yellow lotus bug was fixed. It was in the patch notes a patch or two ago. If the bug is back, it is a valid report.

By any chance did you ever use the character transfer feature previously to the use of the potion?

Hi Mayra,
I have used the potion several times before, I have never had a problem with it. I generally make an encumbrance build for farming or building a new base.
So I had the recipes before and after the transfer as well. But about two weeks after the transfer I decided to go back to a normal build, and used the potion (first time on this server).
This was exactly on the patch day. (I am using Legion Armor and the first sign that I had a problem was that I could no longer fix it.
I repaired it several times after the transfer, on this new server)
