Hello …i had some progress in game but i couldnt play for a while and now when i came back …i lost all progress that was in single player …when started game i had to recreate again my character and even settings were reset and controls and now when i try reset i dont have the save button anymore. …i know sounds weird but is true

Did you choose to continue the game? This option uses the last saved game on your machine. If you uninstalled and then reinstalled, or used the Start new game option it will create a new game.

well i got it uninstall too because had no memory 
so from what you said if i uninstall and reinstall this game i lost progress …is that right ?
Yes, that is correct. You can copy the saved folder located here, C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Conan Exiles\ConanSandbox\Saved to a different location if you do not want to lose your progress prior to uninstalling the game.
