Bug Description:
Lost all followers (well nearly all - since single dancer and rat/animal are present). They were all in place before patch goes live. All other gone with their equipment - warriors, crafters (ofc bartender included), animals, mounts, werewolf from event - but rat and dancer are still there. Nothing in log about their disappearance. It cannot be due to decay, since my base is intact and those two companions are still active. Zendesk tickets were autoclosed (server performance tab) or directing me to official forum (when I’ve picked “purchase” tab).
Dear FC rep, can I (at least) get confirmation is it safe to play on that server/character before you check things out? Tired of creating off-characters just to have smth to do
Seems like no one from FC gives a da-mn, why bother with paying customer, with about 4.5k h in this game. No worries then - if anyone is interested, there will be a huge base to loot at 1043 PvE-C - around A7 - just couple of days from now. Let it decay like this poorly managed game.

Our team was made aware of the missing thralls since the AoH was released and managed to submit a quick hotfix in order to fix many of these more serious bugs. In the meantime, their work continues with further investigations on the remaining bugs as well.
