Bug Description:

I purchased the lotus icon using crom coins on my private server and it appears to be locked. I was sure that after purchase it would be available right away. I had posted the problem through forums and was told to issue a report. It has been three weeks or more since the problem presented itself. I waited awhile to post this bug issue as I was hopeful someone was already made aware of it on your end.

Try rebooting the game

I have tried both a hard reset of my Xbox and restarting my server and nothing appears to work.

Try resyncing to the cloud.
