Unable to use purchased item

Bug Description:

I purchased the Lion Head emblem icon last week but when I go to use it for my clan banner, it’s still locked. I’ve checked for updates, exited and rejoined the server, and restarted game application. I even waited for at least 24 hours to see if was going slow and needed time to process. I’m not sure what else to do. I hope you guys can resolve this issue. I’m bummed out cause I’ve been wanting to use it for awhile since it was added to the Bazaar.
