I want to report an issue I’m facing today with the undead horses and the positions from the pass.
Is anyone facing this issue?
If yes, how can fix this bug ?

Here’s the thing my friend, i checked for the issue at single player twice on both exile lands and siptah, and no issue.
Are you facing the issue for days?
I believe this is because of the new monetary direction the game has taken.
Items from Bazaar are only available if your account has purchased item. The results vary across items, i.e. armours cannot be worn, or picked up. The Arcane cabinet can be accessed by classmates, but not picked up, and yeah the horse is unridable.
Even if a clan mate creates an item you do not have access, unless your account has also purchased the item. No more sharing of newer cosmetic items. (new direction for Funcom/Tencent).

I bought the battlepass and was able to use the recipes I have unlocked till yesterday, Today they are brown as if I havent unlocked them, Bought the aesir armor and weapons was able to make them yesterday, cant today though it is still letting me use them.

Yesterday everything was fine to me. I even bought the undead rhino pack. But today at the online I can’t use the undead horses and the potions of the pass.
But at single player, I can use them with no issue.

I haven’t purchased BattlePass, my game is too unstable to play following the 3.0 release, and minor patch.

Got the same problem today in two official servers. Reloging helped me to become "entitled’ again.

How many re-login times it took you in online to remove the issue?

How many re-login times? Just once for each server. But today i experienced it again and had to repeat… which is not normal of course.

Yeah, can’t use potions, nor horses… maybe more items? Idk. I didn’t attempt to relog though. I’ll check again next time.
I have had it a couple times were I couldn’t mount my horse after the game crashed and I would have to log out and back in again. Wait for the saddle to load in and then I was able to mount it.

I experienced this as well so submit the ticket as above but while they are investigating, here is my quick fix. The issue, I believe, is that the server isn’t connecting right to FC live and therefore you aren’t being credited for these unlocks even though they are in you inventory/followers list. So you have to reconnect which means log off and log on but pay close attention if you are connecting to FC live or not. If you aren’t connecting after 2 or 3 times, report that in another ticket.

I was able to fix it by log in and 3 times at the online and two times on both exile lands and siptah of single player between those three times.
But if this issue appears again after my next purchase at the bazaar and continues to persist, I’ll file a ticket.
