I wish I had done the same transfer in time or go at siptah at January 2022 to get all siptah recipes ‘n emotes and be back at El and do the progress i have done so far on sipyah. :’(

Please keep in mind that players are not out of any new content as Siptah requires the base game which has EL map defaulted. The maps have exclusive content each but to open content to all players, the EL map is THE map that all have. Only Siptah owners have the Siptah map.
Isle of Siptah should get his own heroes with quest, like, for example, Frida the Beast Tamer or some other Siptah named thrall.
With all this lore and story potencial about reawakening Elder Races, Outer Gods influence, mad Magician, Mi-Go preparing invasion from Yuggoth and Stygian\Pirate war, Valeria’s independent fraction ect, it’s so sad to see it totally abandoned.
I agree with you and I love this idea you are saying. But how I wish see it in the flesh one day. 
I dont think they will do a hero history in siptah they already stated it the live talking siptah is empty.
Also making a hero in siptah will restringe the hero just for siptah owners and many people dont own siptah maybe if they made siptah free for all it can work but the way it is now doing one hero quest in siptah will punish many players because everyone have EL map but many people dont own siptah and most players play right now in EL.
That’s probably because THE HELGA replaced Freya as a “regular” T4 thrall and Freya/Liu Fei aren’t classified as thralls.
people will buy the DLC to get the Stormglass building set
also there are so many great looking armors/weapons from Siptah and so few ways to get them on EL
