For some reason it’s crafted at the Blacksmith bench when it requires Zeal which you cannot move.
I tried retaking the feats and i tried picking up the shrine and placing it back down. Still blacksmith only.
This bug has been around a while. It’ll be nice once it’s fixed, I want to see what that sword is like.
