Maelstrom animation on the map

Bug Description:

I saw many videos showing a maelstrom animation on the game map, but on PS4 I never saw such animation

To see the maelstrom animation on the island map

wait for the maelstrom and check the map. The animation is not there.

I have the same problem and there are no outbreaks in my game either.

Its been this way since the removal of the wild surges. You can visually see the storm if you look across the island, but nothing shows on the map.
