We are experiencing a critical issue with Official Server 2023. Whenever my friend and I try to log in, the game instantly kicks us back to the main menu during the loading screen without showing any error code or message.
There is currently only one player shown as online inside the server, but it seems the network socket or the server itself is completely frozen and rejecting all new connections. This is happening to multiple players simultaneously, confirming it is a server-side bug and not an issue on our end.
Could you please perform a manual server restart for Official Server 2023 to clear the corrupted cache and restore access?
