I miss one point of attributes at level 60. I got 59 only.
I am not sure how this happened. Maybe some server crash or game crash. I did realize at 60 level.

I don’t want to recreate my character because I already learnt a lot of recipes including those from witch hunt event. Please help.

Could you share with us if you noticed anything out of the ordinary when you leveled up to 60? Did the server crash or did you log out around that time?

You know… I think this point got lost in the earlier levels, but honestly I don’t remember if it was during some server crash. It is possible because I remember that they happened on 1041 when I was online but unfortunately I realized much later that point was missing.
