The acknowledged it yes after days of people losing thralls and reporting it, taking it seriously would have been to listen to all the reports of this happening on test live, or doing it the day after the update. I am sorry I do not think they take this any more serious then the sink in foundations or all the thrall that have been lost over the years, that been around for months and never fixed yet. I am sure you remember the game breaking bugs put out with every update. Sorry they had my trust years ago before they run that trust right in the ground but if you choose to put your trust in them really more power to you, most of us lost that trust a long time ago.
