Mountaineer trainer NPC missing

Region: Firefang

Mountaineer NPC not there. I built my way to the top, but the trainer is not there! So frustrating. His little campfire is there, and I’ve triple checked I’m at the right spot. I’ve logged out and tried again several times.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:
1.go to the top of Firefang
2.No trainer
3.

If you built your way up to the top, that means that the NPC could be subject to land claim. Meaning, you despawned him yourself by building up instead of climbing.
