My buildings and items keep disappearing

So I’m on official pve server 2585. Yesterday when we logged on our Stable and horse was gone. Items are disappearing out of our inventory and even armor we’re wearing. Is no one else experiencing this? Because it’s a pain in the ■■■.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Build something
  2. Forge armor
  3. Watch it disappearrrrrr
  4. Be sad
