My character died by fall through the world

Bug Description:

I was disconnect on pillar. Actually i was hiding from my enemies so i find a place for hide point and my inventory full with my base items, i was removing my base and i disconnected at this safe place. 2 days later, i connected to server and lost server connection. I tried again connected to server, this time i could connect but my charachter died by falling through the world. My ALL items was gone with my body. I searched all area but i think it was in mesh so i couldn’t reach it and i couldn’t reloot it. So i lost MY ALL STUFF. I took screenshot and you can look attachments. I’m playing for 2-3 week and my all exertions was gone with terrible bug. I hope your policies will compansate me and you can give all of my stuff. THANK YOU!

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Disconnected from server
  2. Connected to server after 2 days
  3. Failed connection error and lost connection
  4. Tried again connected to server
  5. Died by fall through the world after re-connection.
  6. Dead body in mesh so couldn’t reloot it.
  7. Lost all stuff by decay.
