Hello @sestus2009, due to the blue screen it’s likely that the save file got corrupted, for which the solution would be to load a backup from the PS4 cloud or an external drive.
This happened as I was talking to him last night he was disconnected gets back in and the only thing left was the body’s of 2 people who play with him. They were not online. Events log says destroyed in white letters. He’s confused and afraid to rebuild.
is this a symptom of the last update? And yes I had him shut down and restart ps4.
