My house and stuff now appear ownerless and I cant do zip about it (and no, I havent joined a clan) - official server #3995 pvp south america (Ticket unanswered for more than a week [Funcom #1081953] )

I was inside my house and tried to create a clan, but it didnt work (apparently). I logged out and a few hours later I logged in to discover that all my stuff was ownerless… Now I am at my own house, with all my chests closeds and unable to do a thing. I tried to create a clan again, this time worked but didnt fix the problem. I left the clan and still the same. What can I do? I put an imense amount of time and effort in building all around…

    2.Log out
    3.Log in
    4.Log out (yeah, I am being sarcastic, sorry)
