Naked with unknown Armour on?

On official pc server 1822., and Official 2727 Xbox.

Shows I have Armour on even though i am naked. (See Pic)

Seen this on Steam, pc game pass, and Xbox Series X.
Among all the other bugs reported. I havent seen this one reported yet. Sorry if I missed it.
