Neck Seam Glitch and Crashing

Conan Exiles (EU version) keeps crashing. It randomly does it when the game starts getting choppy. It kicks me off and takes me straight to my Xbox Home screen. And then on top of the neck seam and blocky blood glitch seems to still be happening. Over and over and over again…what is going on??

I made this post 11days ago. I haven’t touched the game since. And STILL, there’s no update for Conan Exiles for Xbox One. So many people are going through the same issue. This is getting really old.

What makes it worst is when the game crashes while you have your strongest follower. And you are an entire 30 minute journey from you spawn spot. Sometimes my follower is never found or returns. On top of my Purge bar being closer then ever and I have a fortress built. The game just literally crashed on me once again. I don’t even wanna play until this is fixed.
