I don’t know what a great deal of this means but the bit that says “ The account making this request is currently banned” is pretty telling.
yeah, but then says
they told me me and my clan would get unbanned and all my teammates got unbanned except for me, i reach out to them and they said sorry we will fix this as soon as possible, this was almost a year ago
