A change in the Construction Tool UI results in Nemedian fireplaces previously placed show backwards. You will need to pick up and place your fireplaces again so they show correctly.

It’s doing the same even when placing a new one, better to watch the arrow pointing in the course you need to. But mine placed did not change. Just the new ones have wrong position from the placing angle, often hard to tell when placing them.
