Nemedian Helmet doesn’t repair armor when being used?

[ I myself like most others have acquired the nemedian helmet from the skittering cavern. And I was trying to use it’s armor/weapon repair ability. I can repair tools and minus shields and torches and the normal things it won’t repair. Is there anything I’m doing wrong for the nemedian helmet to not repair armor. (I’ve only taken heat damage and dehydration as means of damage I haven’t went into combat yet.) I have had the helmet on my thrall for the longest time hoping it would repair the armor on that but to no avail as well.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Wear helmet
  2. Take damage
  3. Heals tools and weapons
  4. Doesn’t heal armor.

Why do you think this is a bug instead of simply the way it is intended to work? Does it say anywhere that it repairs armor :thinking:

Only what is in your right hand is what I found…

It only repairs unbroken weapons and tools. Has been like that since it was put in game and i believe it is intended as so.
