It does appear this is a known issue and will be looking into fixing it.

Orb of Nergal broken

Game mode: Online private Type of issue: Bug Server type: PvE-Conflict Region: North America Hardware: Xbox Series S Bug Description: When accessing the Orb of Nergal, you can’t do anything except turn the camera. None of the options are selectable, nor can you exit. The only way to get out of the menu is to reset the game.
