New corpse issue

after the last update when i kill an npc the corpse is break in some pieces (hairs too) and they flashing and goes invisible

NPCs Are Falling Through Terrain After Being Defeated

Hey there, After the patch there’s a visual issue that causes bodies and body parts to flicker. If you move the cursor around the zone on which the corpse should be laying, you can see this artifact in action. There’s an additional, rarer issue in which corpses or bodies do actually fall through the mesh. Current workaround is to leave the area and return, which will restart their position over the ground. not really new, but yeah. it happens to all of us with a very high rate. waiting for a fix.

Hey there,

We’re aware of this issue and we’re patching it really soon.

Kind of makes it hard to kill npcs in a large camp and loot/collect gear because npcs are invisible and in some cases fall through the mesh.

Kind of annoying to have to loot for n the middle of combat and run the risk of over encumbrance
