Since the jewel of the west pack came out there was a update on the game and i did the whole update and now i can’t even play the game no matter what game mode i play. I usually play single player or sometimes co-op and it shows it loads and game closes down and goes to my xbox home menu and i have to click on game all over again. Is there a way to fix it or a new update for it???
check your NAT type and set it to Open. May have to go into router/modem and switch your UPnP off and restart router. Then enable UPnP again. restart game. may have to open some ports in your router. Xbox has a great help page for it. Go into your “test multiplayer” and see what it says. If it says anything about a Teredo Ip address then go to the xbox help page.
