You should be able to, as you have reached the “Basic” trust level. I investigated how long it takes to get to “Basic” on a user account the other day and it was about 12 minutes of reading posts (and a couple of likes given).

This question seems to be a necromantic favourite, with 2 resurrections

Thanks, that was really helpful, I was trying upload an image for my server and it said I was to new. Truth is need to be more active!
