Night-Stalkers Mask not working

Putting on the Night-Stalkers Mask at night does not provide nightsigth.
Sometimes it seems to become even darker, when wearing the mask

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:
1.Wait until night
2.Put on Night-Stalkers Mask

It’s a bit anticlimatic since there is hardly any difference, but here are two screenshots taken within a few seconds.

Just to mention, this includes the Jhebbal Sag Night Vision potions as well, its great they now stack, but shame they no longer work :wink:
