Nightwatcher mask/ night eye potions broke

I’ve tried both night eye potions and nightstalker mask. Night eye potion made on jhebbal sag altar do nothing. Still so dark you can’t see in front of you. Night stalker works but only sometimes. Essentially night vision is broke

Actually, I have the same problem. I thought it was my graphic settings but I can’t figure it out.

FC has received several reports already (including mine) and is aware of the issue.
Dream dust is also affected.
