No Servers Populate

Servers do not populate after i go to play online. Instead that game gives an error message saying i have lost online connection. And that i need to be connected to xbox live in order to play online. I know this is a game bug because i can play other games with no problems and my internet is still running at high speeds. This is my second post about this issue i would appreciate it anyone has had this problem before to let me know how it was resolved. Please and thank you

Steps on how to reproduce issue:
1.open game
2. Click online play
3. Skip server type selection
4. Wait for no servers to populate

Hey there,
Please set the Game Mode filter on the server browser to “All”. There’s currently an issue when selecting “Player vs Environment -Conflict”. Our team is working on a fix.

My servers still wont populate even after setting them to all.

Could you let us know your country and Internet Service Provider?

I am currently in South Korea with LGU+ as my Internet provider on Camp Walker

Same issue here, not servers over PVE-C. Refreshing and refreshing doesn’t work :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye::joy:.

So like before that doesn’t work anything else or am i just sitting here lossing time on my server which i rent because your game has a massive bug

Could you try the following so we can isolate the issue?

  1. Go to ’ Settings ’ and select ‘Network’
  2. Select 'Advanced Settings ’
  3. Select 'DNS Settings ’
  4. Select ‘Manual’
  5. Enter as Primary DNS server address 8.8.8.8
  6. Select Enter to input this Secondary DNS server address: 8.8.4.4
  7. Press ‘B’ on your Xbox controller to save your DNS changes.
  8. Restart your Xbox One.
