I am building a house. I have over 100 stones and 60 wood but it says I don’t have enough resources when I go to add a wall.
Did you make the wall? Try closing and reopening the inventory screen. Also do you have all components needed?
I put up a wall, doorway and a third wall then it happened. I have left the game and came back same problem. I have more than enough resources.
Could you possibly provide a screenshot? 
From that someone may be able to determine if you should post a bug report.
