Not receiving battle pass benefits from the current event

Good morning, I have a problem with the battle pass. my exp is not multiplying by 50x. Only 10x. how can i solve this: Thanks in advance.

Burn all your built up multipliers. I had to do 20 challenges to use what I had built up to get to the 50X
