I don’t think the answer had changed since the last topic. If you’re in game I can take a look at your character see maybe if there’s something else missing

Based on your character’s level (39) and the playfields you mention experiencing this in, you may be over-levelled for the enemies you currently face. The oddity is that this behavior sprung up while you were in the middle of Level 39, not when you levelled.
What level(s) were the mobs you were fighting when this first started? What mobs were aggroing you at Level 39 of their own free whims?
Was this during a mission, such as one which spawns a foe to attack or assault you or a location?
