Hello! nude is blocked in Brazil? For me it is no longer appearing this option! When I downloaded the game I was able to create with full nudity, not anymore !!
Full nudity is blocked on ps4 because of a long line of reasons but the bottomline is that we can’t have full nudity or we can’t have the game on ps4.
Partial nudity on the other hand, is still allowed. You need to enable it in server settings for solo player/coop when making the server. Online, you need to make sure the server you’re joining has it enabled.

That was a huge disappointment for me, only partial here it Chile 
As far as I know only some countries in Europe allow full nudity.
