Full nudity dissapeared on EU version of the game

Region: the netherlands EU

Full nudity option disapeared from the game on ps4. We dont do censorship in my country so this is very dissapointing plz give us back this option

Pues que queremos que vuelva la opción de desnudez completa, porque es así como he/hemos comenzado muchos jugadores, por supuesto que no es algo importante, pero si teníamos esa opción por qué no tenerla ahora también ?
