"Full nudity" option has been removed from the Spanish version (EU)

[The “full nudity” option has been removed from the Spanish version (EU). The initial loading screens have been extended to more than 2 minutes, suppressing the sound for at least 1 minute. The research table, when removed from the administrator menu, becomes invisible, revealing one NPC doing something with the air]

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Start the Game
    2.1 Go to options
    2.2 Start your savegame
