Offical Server #1520 Npc failing to respawn, t4's missing freya and sayd and ennis have been MIA for 48 hours

As I said numerous npc’s are not re spawning. Some NPC’s are spawning multiple copies. Janos was up in 5 different spots at once. I have 7 elk kings outside my base where they only used to be one spawn. They die and then multiply. Im thankful for all the free meat though. At first i though someone was just holding them hostage but more and more seemed to stop spawning.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. just log in and run around
  2. look for placeholder spawns and they are missing
  3. New asagarth is half empty.
