Official 1122 - just cannot log in during the raid time

I can spent 30 minutes of log-in screen and will not be able to log-in. It’s common during the PvP time, but it’s almost 100% the case when one clan is riding.
Saw it many times in the chat log, but now it happens to us - I manage to log-in (waiting for 5 minutes), then died, counter comes to 0 and stays like that for 5+ minutes. Decided to restart the game and now I’m waiting for 20 minutes to log in. My team mate is waiting for 30+

So no way to defend or to do anything if a certain clan decide to raid… And conveniently - the problem disappear when they face a need to deal with “death counter”, and then appears again (pretty sure that’s how I manage to get in first time…)

This wasn’t an issue since last Sunday (before that it was a daily one, with a daily reports in the chat about raids). Now it start again… conveniently when we have been raided, so to not be able to defend.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

P.S. I’ve tried different ISPs, my team mates are in another city - so it’s totally not related with my location or ISP.

P.S.2 I’m pretty sure that I’ll be able to log in in 40 minutes… but let’s see.

P.S.3 At the same time I have no problem at all (actually it’s not just me) to get in other servers.

Same server, exactly the same issue. I basically came here to open this topic but well…

  • After you die, you can’t respawn back. It gets stuck at “Bed 0 seconds”.
  • If you decide to close the game and then re-connect, you’re stuck at the loading screen forever, or at least 20 to 30 minutes.
  • It’s not limited to raid times, last night we struggled a lot after dying in a dungeon…
  • Event Log > Submit doesn’t work too. Empty log. Doesn’t load.

I bet my computer that this issue is not from my side, it’s from the server.

I don’t know about the clan thing though.

Hello @AlpinaBG, apologies for the delay in our response, we’re currently looking into the connectivity issues that are affecting a few servers.

And what is the ETA?
1 year? 3-4 DLCs?
PvP time just hit the clock and guess what - no way to log in… :smiley:
This is not from yesterday, a week or two and I’m pissed of from your constant “apologies”. It’s a cliche now…

When you gonna take care of this issue and make that game playable?
Or you want to make the last healthy official servers dead too?
