Was playing this morning and entered New Asgarth, NPC stopped moving, got message about disconnecting from server. Official server 1510 hasn’t been available since. I know this wasn’t an intentional reset of the server as I was given no notice here on the forum or via in game prompts.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Log in
  2. Play Game
  3. Server goes down with no warning while character is in unsafe location
  4. Try to log back in and server is not available in list

According to the server status it has in fact experienced some down-time recently, which lasted for about half an hour. It seems to be up and stable now, are you still having problems with not getting it to show in the server list?
